Performance can only be improved by accuracy of movement control. Thus, conditioning always implies a detailed analysis and correction of functional deficits.
Various exercises have to be selected and intelligently aligned accordingly to their stimulus on the neuromuscular system. We follow the body’s signs and symptoms during our progress. There are no standards – just principles.
Prevention calls for an additional dimension beyond conditioning: timing according to tissue specific function, as it constantly changes daily, after injury and needs to be fed by tissue specific stimuli. – P2.
Only this conceptual combination allow injured athletes to join training camps and to advance back into full performance by efficiency in conditioning protocols.
